His management philosophy is drawn from his own experiences on the Tour to allow players to concentrate 100% on their game without outside worries.

When Chubby started the firm it was a small family with four players. The company has grown but the feeling of being a family has not been lost .

- Info: John has been the Head Professional at Woodsome Hall since 2007 and is a fully qualified AA PGA Professional. He has been teaching for 16 years, and not only teaches at club level but is the Head coach for Halifax/Huddersfield District Union Men and Junior teams. He is also in the Yorkshire coaching squad and teaches the Yorkshire Young Intermediates. To go with all John's teaching he is now England's first Putting Zone coach with an academy at Woodsome Hall teaching Geoff Mangum's putting theories and has students coming from as far as Barcelona for lessons.

Steve has recently finished a 24 year career as a Royal Marine Commando. This long and successful service has many highlights but here are just a few. It began in 1985 at the age of 18. A Mountain Leader Specialisation was Steve's aspiration from joining up. He successfully completed the training course in 1991: Ski Teacher (trainer of Military Ski Instructors), Rock Climber and Ski Mountaineer.
Steve has mountaineered in Antarctica (x3), Alaska, 17 winter deployments of Norway, both north and south. He has trained over 2000 Marines in his time to operate and survive in the mountains.
He has climbed big mountains in much of the Swiss Alps, and has led 6 expeditions/tours of the Haute Route (High Route) from Chamonix in France to where it finishes 12 days later in SAAS FE Switzerland. Skiing and mountaineering have played a huge part in his career but his other passion is golf. Steve plays at Bradley Hall off 8. He completed a Golf Coaching course (World Golf Teaching Federation) in 2006; this course was the foundation to his new career as a golf caddy.
Steve completed the 'Caddie Connect' course at Elmwood College, St Andrews, Scotland, early in April 2009.
A father of 2, son Callaway (10 years) and Scarlett (7 years) they all live with his partner Tracey in Barkisland. Steve's ambition is to be a successful golf caddy on tour.
